I am not a regular poster but read the forum most days, I am surprised at the hostility of some of the posters wanting advice, yes we can all get annoyed and frustrated at the system, BUT it is the masters who make the rules and the employees who follow the rule book.
I am almost 70 and in the benefit system for the first time in my life, and find it extremely humiliating to to ask for money, but find that being as pleasant as possible, I get the same reaction from the person at the end of the phone.
