    You do realise that they can only help with the interest, and not the capital don't you? So they won't actually be paying your mortgage. In addition, you might not even qualify for this.

    I'd say he'll be back tomorrow again too - its much too tempting for him to mention the fact that the goverment gives help for mortgage interest.
