    A different one to you.

Different places all over and threatened with the sack if you don't provide your own car isn't commuting, it's business use. Until the OP provides more detail, we are all guessing, but getting into debt for a job (paying 800/mth for a 7 day week), that may end tomorrow is a bad idea.

If you ever read any job advertisements you will often see the phrase own car essential, as is mobile phone etc.So it is easy to fall into the trap of working for one of these firms. Double glazing firms do it, also a lot of sales rep jobs, even cleaning jobs. There are a lot of people out there using their own car to get to their place of work. It's called trying to earn a living. I used to do over a thousand miles a week in a job using my own car, don't advise it, as you can only claim mileage. At the end of the day working for this type of firm usually means no car no job, however hard this is.
