    Evening all

Carlsberg/Valli - so sorry to have created Tomato gate, it was just a thought. Not heard about the other trigger foods, I just have heard various bits about tomatoes. I read a book of a friend's once (can't remember the title) which was all about blood groups and foods. Tomatoes were the only food not tolerated by any blood group. This obviously does not mean everybody has a reaction to tomatoes it just stuck in my mind - sorry

Only just back from invigilating/swimming/beavers so need a wee snack. Be back later
no you're fine (as far as I'm concerned) I don't like raw tomatoes but I eat them because they're good for me and here I am throbbing then your post triggered a reminder for me..
I seem to have 'flares' and it hurts and I do need to be reminded which is wehy I jumped in...
***thinks - another good reason for getting a sit down job***
my rheumatologist (who was the loveliest doc - I have had some fab docs) felt the knees of a 23 year old Valli and reduced me to tears when he told me what I had got did warn me about getting into all the quirky remedies but did tell me to keep tabs on what I ate...
    TBH getting pregnant REALLY helped...
no chance of THAT cure then

But pleased to report my friend who has had a !!!!!! hubby then a !!!!!! BF has found a new, nice man
Her hubby decided to bat for the other side IYSWIM - err dad of 2 so nice for them (not)

Hollyh check the hutch, see if there is anything even slightly sharp she might have caught herself on. Pet first aid course I did we always got told to carry savlon, the disinfectant and cream (if we could get it the dry disinfectant iodine type spray they do too) for wound washes and treatments.
    kaz get the application done!

Some work achieved, will do another section in a mo
One day I might be more organised...........

PenPen - I thought the paper was fine, first half (design) was on the theme of nightime. Second part was on redesigning a shirt and smart materials, care labels. Foundation and Higher very similar with the higher just requiring a bit more depth. Hope she did well - that is her done isn't it?

woohoo1.gif Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah :T We discussed care labels and smart fabrics over lunch :T Yep, she's done, and has now gone out with frineds and will be back on Saturday

Good luck with the application Kazm...

I've now submitted my assessment form. I've also been through all the savings I've made since I started and GOT THEM SIGNED OFF BY FINANCE :D

So the year before I took the job on the team saved under £250k. Since then it's gone up first to £1.5M, then to nearly five, then to OVER 20!!! Last year was 7, and YTD is 5 with a further 9 due to come in by the end of this month. The team costs £250k to run.

    Well I'd employ me :p

And my broadband has apparently been set up (early) while I was away, so I'll have to get it sorted out over the weekend.

Anyway, I'd better head off, pack my stuff and sort out food for tomorrow, as I have, as usual, a crack of dawn appointment at the gym

Kazm that sounds like it would be a brilliant job for you - *good joob application writing* vibes for you - fingers and toes etc all crossed too.
triker - WTG the triker household - start getting organised for the car boot sale - I am sure you will get a dry enough day for it -but you could at least do the tip runs - I know its a pain in the rain but just think of the satisfaction of getting rid of some carp!
PenPen oops - sorry to confuse you - i have only 3 from the multi post key too - the rest were copied and pasted from tabs!!
Hollyh i see lil_me has beaten me too it - it does sound like a rubbed bit - poor wee fluffy bundle - hope you find the cause and it heals quickly.
well done with the ironing Mrs Beatson - you could aim to do 5 bits evryday - it wouldnt be a huge chore and you would whittle away the pile in no time! Hope you arent too ruff in the morning!
Aunty if you have the weekend as well could you intersperse (oo thats a big word for me at this time of the day - well any time of the day actually) - intersperse it with half hour pleasureable breaks - say do 90 mins studying a nd then 30 mins breather watching tv or suchlike - it might keep your mind fresher? Dont know Aunty but next time dont leave it until the last few days will you please? Just as well its miserable weather or you would be severly hacked off having to stay in and get it done!
    toots xx

ETA thats very impressive greenbee - well done for getting it sorted out.

ok I am going to bed - busy day here tomorrow

    sleep well everyone
    hugs to you all
