Afternoon all
Thursday's list complete
One load of washing done, dried and put away.
Took dog back to the vet today and they kept her there to drain the haematoma, put a steroid injection in there and check her ears. Got to take her back in a week. She had a pre-med type injection rather than a full anaesthetic so she's awake but very wobbly and sleepy but she won't give in and go to sleep. But her ear looks much better.
DD1 has gone on holiday today to China, so that gives me something else to worry out and gives the dog a rest.....0 -
aww bless her . hope she feels better soon0

Have tried and failed to use multiquote...but
michelle beating yourself up about not having done things is self-defeating and will lead to a vicious circle of depressed and depressing thoughts, though that isnt to say that we don't all do it! Just think about all the great things you have done, I bet you've done at least 5 great things today.
by the way, if anyone has time, there's a v.funny series on radio 4, you can get a podcast, called "Empath Man" DH and I howled laughing. Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -
