Managed to get all my ironing from last night put away, and the floors in kitchen, hall and bathroom hoovered and mopped. Will do the living room in a minute.

  • Good Afternoon Guys,

Just checking in to see what's happening. I am feeling a lot better today, but still gonna take it easy.

Toots I'm going to take your advice, so only working to L2, heres my list so far:

Right best get started then!! Hope you guys are all OK, sorry I am so hopeless at keeping up with the thread, hugs to All. See you later. XxX

Housework only gets noticed when it's not done.
My fake plants died because I did not pretend to water them.
Can never keep up with the thread - otherwise I'll never get anything done! But hugs to All :grouphug:

I know Carlsberg, The best thing to do if you are having flare ups (says she with a throbbing knee) is to keep a food diary...
No doubt since my diet comes from the forbidden list I can lay the blame somewhere.
Not all foods will affect all people and I THINK that osteo (which is wear and tear arthritis) will be different from rheumatoid and other similar 'reaction' arthritic illnesses IYSWIM...
What I must do, I know, is lose weight because that reduces stress on joints...I was 23 when I got rheumatoid but it was 'damped down' very quickly by ibuprofen which was prescription only then...
