Good Afternoon Guys,
Just checking in to see what's happening. I am feeling a lot better today, but still gonna take it easy.
Toots I'm going to take your advice, so only working to L2, heres my list so far:
Magnificent Monday - Kitchen and dining room
Level One
Scrub down the front of units and large appliances and kickboards
Level Two
Wipe and replace small appliances
Clean out the gruesome fridge
Wash windows
Tuesday thrills - Master bedroom and landing
Level One
Strip and wash bedding
Vacuum and turn mattress
Level Two
Wash the windows
Wednesday Whizz! ~ Living room, hall and stairs!
Level One
Level Two
Vacuum the floors, stairs and sofas etc
Dust and deweb!
Thursday Scrub-a-dub ~ bathroom/loo and cruddy study!
Level One
Throw out 100 things from the house!
Level Two
Wash/vacuum floors
Clean the keyboard and mouse!
Defrag the pc
My List:
Water plants
Ring Tax Credits
Cancel PPI
Pack for weekend away
Fill out DS1s school forms
Dust & Vacuum whole house
Take out bins / recycling
Start collecting items for carboot sale

No doubt since my diet comes from the forbidden list I can lay the blame somewhere.
Not all foods will affect all people and I THINK that osteo (which is wear and tear arthritis) will be different from rheumatoid and other similar 'reaction' arthritic illnesses IYSWIM...
What I must do, I know, is lose weight because that reduces stress on joints...I was 23 when I got rheumatoid but it was 'damped down' very quickly by ibuprofen which was prescription only then...

Since my last post i have
Made & eaten lunch
Brought dry washing in
Put wet washing out
Wm x 1
Washed up my lunch dishes
Took DSD into Town
Magnificent Monday - Kitchen and dining room
Extras- Thoroughly clean the undersink cupboard
- clean the paintwork
- Wipe the inside doors.. inside.. and out!!
Level One
Vacuum and turn mattress
Level Two
Clear the floordrobe
Clear the floor on the landing
Wash the windows
Level Three
Vacuum the cleared floors!
Dust and deweb.. don't forget the bed frame and light fitting
Wipe the paintwork
Extras
- Binbag dance
- fill a box with gibble and put it all in its proper home
- send 5 things to charity shop

Declutter the floors
Declutter the flat surfaces.. even if you scoop it all into a box to deal with later!
Level Two
Vacuum the floors, stairs and sofas etc
Wipe any marks off the sofas
Dust and deweb!
Level Three
Polish any glass/ornaments/electricals etc
Vacuum under the furniture you can safely move

- Wash any soft furnishings that are grubby

- 15 minutes filing
- Sort through the box/bag you chucked your 'decluttering' into!!!

throw out 100 things from the house! 79/100 done
Level Two
Defrag the pc
Level Three
Declutter the pc desk and give it a wipe!
Empty all the bins
Extras- Dust and deweb
- Polish any fire surrounds/radiators in these rooms
- Clear a shelf/cupboard wipe everything before replacing neatly
- Do a five minute job you have been putting off forever.. like changing a lightbulb or moving a hotspot...
My Extras- Sort Ds1's & 2's books
- 7 items Ebay
- Sort Ds2's toys
- Sort bags of baby clothes I've sorted 2 bags and am in the process of washing the contents of the 3rd
- Buy more tshirts for transfers
- Update spending
- Take bags to Charity shop
- Find out when sponsor money needs to be in
- Sort out pet insurance
- Fill in nursery form
- Clear out wendy house
- Weed borders
- BB & wood chip borders

- Trim conifers I've started this
- Buy more gloves
