I finished yesterdays list but couldnt post earlier as have terrible hayfever at the moment, must be high as none of my usual remedies are working,I feel like I have been kicked in the chest, it is really sore from constant sneezing, not good after 5 children.

Hope your DS is better soon Valli,I can sympathise as I look almost the same.

Sunglasses help as does honey, must be locally produced though and it is expensive I use Troway Hall, not too far away but it is £5.00 a jar and it isnt very big.

KazM glad your worry and waiting is over, not the perfect result but as you say he has kept his job, shame about the warning though was it really necessary,Im sure he didnt deserve that.

    Hugs to all

    Morning everyone
I was awake at 6.30 again!
Morning carer appeared at 7.30! so I am showered - not dressed but will do that slowly in a bit. A bit dull and overcast and forecast is for heavy showers so not very promising.

Hope all the hayfever sufferers get some relief either from the weather or medication - its not nice for you just now. And hugs for those with a BD hovering around - I hope the nice weather helps make you feel better if you can get out and enjoy it.

SGT - all that de-cluttering will make things easier for you - well done - hope the painting goes well today.
juliejim I am sure you will be fine at the hospital - if the finger blood tests are like the diabetes ones they are a doddle!
SS supergirl :hello: Morning babes:hello: sorry to hear that throat is still bothering you - dont let it go on too long and turn into something worse. Good to hear DD's appointment went well and you are on the right track with dealing with it. What an angel you are for helping a friend with her kitchen and MORE cheesecake:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: have a good day xx
soappie - more *inspector to dismiss appeal* vibes for youxx
kazm hope things have settled for you a bit more this morning.

Cereal has been eaten - WM is on - will do a wee bit of tidying in the kitchen (sink needs a clean) - toxic coming to do shopping for me:rolleyes: that should be fun....!
Also have a charity bag filled and ready to go out this morning.
Off to get dressed and put the kettle on.
    back later
    have a good day everyone
    toots xx
    Peace will be mine
could do better - must try harder

Dusty - you mentioned bikes, have you seen these ones on Asda, supposedly at no mark up.

Kazm - Final written seems harsh to me, but the trouble is if you appeal they could increase the penalty. The holiday on suspension - I would re-credit it myself, but it does come down to the company I think. Same as if you are sick on pre-booked holiday, most big companies will give it back as long as you have a sick note but they don't have to. Got to be worth him asking, it is probably set out in 'policy' somewhere.

Hugs for everyone else in need, I have just skimmed through so apologies if I have missed anything. PP I will answer your PM later. Work today, but hopefully at home tomorrow and should catch up then. Not a lot done last night, and this morning I have cleaned my (grubby) wedding and engagement rings, and filled the DW. Not exactly flying, more hovering about a milimetre from the ground..

Morning all, I hope everyone's ok today.
I'm glad its bedroom day today it shouldn't take me too long later. I had hoped to live in my own squalor this week until every room came around but I'm meeting my mum later and she might come back here so I'll have to at least tidy up - or let her no further than the kitchen :rotfl:
So far this morning I've updated my finances, checked OHs bundle of tattered lottery tickets (£10 - shall I tell him?) sorted some charity shop stuff, sorted my tennacy renewal for another year which I'll drop in when I go to Hexham later. I'm meeting my Mum off the train and we're going to trawl the charity shops for 80's fancy dress stuff for a charity do at the weekend.
I'll post my proper list later after I've done the fun stuff. Have a useful morning.

WELL! That worked a treat! This is definitely the friendliest thread on MSE - thanks to everyone for all the welcomes!

And I see, from Froddington's signature that there is another Levellers obsessive on here - this place rocks!

And...it did the trick, I did all the jobs on the Monday and my kitchen is now so clean and gleaming that I don't think I will be using it for cooking ever again!

Hopefully Tuesday will also be a success!
