Mega problem with 3 mobile phone can anyone please help

oh my goodness what a tale.
I phoned the debt collection people yesterday because the 30 day hold they had put on my account finishes Sunday. They wouldn't extend it any more when i told them I was waiting to hear from the post office. Debt has doubled so another month had been added to it but they hadn't written to tell me. Not sure on legalities of that. He said pay up or face consequences. I said I would take my chances.
Came home today resigned to having to pay to find I had received a reply from the post office. To summarise they are saying that the address three gave me to put on the post office form isn't valid
I was given these numbers for three by a very kind lady on another message board
3 Glasgow call centre: 0141 204 8600
Glasgow Executive office: 0141 204 8674
Corporate Head Office switchboard: 01628-765000
3 Network rollout: 0845 604 3000
I phoned first number on list. Got a Laura, started to explain my problem and she put me through mid sentence to the Indian call centre
Hung up, tried 2nd number. Laura again. I said don't put me through to India please put me through to.. cut off mid sentence and put through to Indian call centre.
Tried third number. guess who? Laura. i said Hello me again. Do you actually have a department in this country I could speak to. She said no and put me through to the Indians.
I had a lie down and planned a spot of global terrorism then i tried the fourth number.
In a queue for ages then got to speak to a nice man who said he would have to put me through to India. I said please don't I will cry. He said I will put you on hold and call them then come back to you.
On hold for ages another man picked up who had an accent so i thought here we go but he turned out to be Portuguese and was lovely.
We went through everything and he said it says on your account that they located the handset on the 5th June you should have been notified. I said if you were here I would hug and kiss you and have your children.
I am not raising my hopes yet until i get a final statement saying I have nothing to pay (which hopefully he is sorting) but he has given me a reference number which says the handset has been returned. He will contact the debt people but they may take 48 hours. if they get in touch i am to quote this reference number.
Oh I really hope this is the end of it

ok so they located your handset on the 5th June and they still were not aware- how useless!!!0
