    Mortgage-free Glee!
How can you say that Bendix?

Surely with all the comment this post has generated we need to see this one through to the bitter end?!
Go round the green binbags. Turn right at the mouldy George Elliot, forward, forward, and turn left....at the dead badger

the HR Director was asked for a copy of the Redundancy Appeals Procedure - the 4th time my wife has asked HR for this. He handed yet another copy of "Disciplinary Procedure". he is told that is the incorrect form. He says it is not.

at home the Wife checks her contract and terms and conditions - "the company will provide employees, on request, copies of:
    a) Disciplinary Procedure
    b) Redundancy appeal procedure
    c) Grievance procedure
    d) health and safety policy...."

both. she has just received the mysteriously unheard of documents after an email yday to the director highlighting she has asked 4 times for company docs. the company equal opportunities policy makes very interesting reading.....

With the greatest respect, hedger, this reponse seems to typify your attitude that everything is about you.

If you look carefully, you'll see the response was to me, not you.

But it seems you - and your wife - like to think that the whole world revolves around you, your rights, your sense of injustice and outrage. But, you see, it doesnt. I know that's hard for you to accept.

I'd even venture to suggest that it is precisely this attitude which might explain why you're about to become a one-income household, but that wouldnt be polite, would it?
