It was a bit of a faff, cutting all the rhubarb to the depth of the dish, but worth it. You can get more in, and it supports the lid very well. The base was about the same - I didn't blind bake it but I might next time. The gaps are filled with sultanas, BTW.If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
