I always try stuff on in their shops because I know they won't give you a refund.

When I went in their yesterday they wouldn't let me take my bag into the changing rooms! I was not happy about leaving it outside.
  • I was under the impression that should a retailer have a changing room facility to try clothes on, then they didnt have to give a refund out if someone was bringing something back for a refund.

It was up to their discression if they did.

If you're not happy with their policy don't shop there?

What a stupid remark. I didn't know they had this policy before I went in there.

Did gordikin say that you did? Only thing stupid is that you didn't read his post properly!

Simple answer to your problem - if you do not like their policy, vote with your feet. Nobody makes you spend your money in a particular shop.
    Gone ... or have I?

Oh dear....thank you for that! Did you leave your bag outside the changing room...or did you refuse and shop somewhere else?
