  • Hi All,

I am fairly new to the DFW section but have been reading this section and getting lots of inspiration so thought I would add my own list for the weekend in the hope of getting round to most of it!! So here it is:

[STRIKE]Use up eggs - bake some cakes. [/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Sort out e-bay items that are ending today to send on Monday[/STRIKE].
    [STRIKE]Daily Scratch [/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Surveys [/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Food planner for week - using food from the larder cupboard[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Enter competitions[/STRIKE]
Carry on sorting through clothes ready for charity shop/ebay.
Cook up some meals and freeze down.

Think that will do for now - got to get into the flow of it!!

Done pretty well yesturday, have a massive amount of cake and have frozen some down so my OH can have some in his lunch boxes instead of malt loaf he normally buys.
Was also a NSD not that I have enlisted!
Going out for work summer party this evening so not so much time today so just going to try and sort through clothes.
I had also never heard of the clothes swapping site so am going to explore that as alternative to e-bay!
    Thank you to all posters:beer:

    Hello,

I am back from my trip to BF. We have been truly spoiled, fed and watered during our visit. Today couple of DD's friends are coming around with their mum so that will be nice.

Not a big list for today as tired from the trip and so is DD meaning that she is cranky.

    - Scratchies
    - Curly
    - Cashback bingo
    - Some HC, drying outside
    - Tidy house as guests coming
    - Put piggies out
    - Lunch and supper from what is in
    - Submit my hours from last week
    - Yet again any letter writing and spreadsheet busting would be great
"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

    today I am looking to...
    • go for at least a 4m walk (free and healthy!)
    • [STRIKE]check bank balance[/STRIKE]Bank balance isn't great, the £50 that appeared the other day has now mysteriously disapeared!
    • photo items to put on ebay
    • [STRIKE]clear out bathroom, and identify what needs using up[/STRIKE] Found loads of stuff that hasn't been used in years - all in recylcing now. Also, put all free samples together, have one small box full!
    • [STRIKE]water veggie plants[/STRIKE] done and done
that's all i can think of right now. this all depends, of course, on whether I can actually get out of bed!

also managed tp clear bedrooms out. have LOADS of clothes. Just getting up the energy to put them on ebay. ooh, eastenders....

I can't believe it - it's taken me 1 and a half hours to list 7 items on ebay! I hope it brings in some dosh!

Pips Mum - We did go to see the venue. OH 'doesn't mind it' - it's quite hard to find a suitable venue because of my family/cultural needs. It would be lovely to have a wedding in a lovely country house but many don't allow you to bring in your own caterers (a big requirement for us!). This venue is out in the country but the main hall isn't very exciting and getting it decorated may cost a small mortgage!

There was a lovely man there who talked to us about what we needed and how much things cost - I think I have been burying my head in the sand about the costs:eek:.
Despite this, I have provisionally booked every Friday next May! I really need to think about everything that I need to do. I think a mega-list is on it's way!

I better get on with the DFW list.

    urg x x
