nothing since the pie and chips last night. and some chocolate. am trying to drink peppermint tea (thanks Maz - she sent it me ages agoXX)

mum had the same food and she is ok.

it is just much worse then normal. xx

Hugs Hun...... on the eating front.....Was it individual pies or the same one?

Most important thing, drink plenty of fluid - have you any diarolyte (rehydration stuff - also great for hangovers ;)) - can buy over the counter.......otherwise flush your system out with copious volumes of water......

Painkillers containing ibuprofen or aspirin probably not a good idea on a dodgy stomach so go for paracetomol based ones - Paramol (bought over the counter) has dihydrocodeine in it as well and is the one I use.

Hormones do funny things to us and this could just be a one-off "worse than your normal hormone fluctuation at this time". You've also been through a lot recently and it could be that throwing up was the final straw and you're body's reacting to the stress (hence the shaking and the tears). BUT......if it doesn;t improve by later today or you carry on throwing up..... contact NHS direct. In any case, worth bringing this to the attention of your GP.....

Hang on in there........Keep us posted......hope you feel better soon

Very MSE alternative to diarolyte - flat coke, branded coca cola is the best one. Works out much cheaper.

I got the Skinny Cow ice creams for hubby and me, Cornettos and Soleros for the kids, tumbled them all out into the dessert drawer of the freezer with the free Fab lollies and what do both kids make an immediate grab for????
