I can't believe how bad I feel. I was absolutely fine when I woke up. Now I have thrown up and can't stop shaking. and the pain is terrible

If it's not usually so bad, and it doesn't pass off, maybe call NHS Direct for advice, or see your GP tomorrow? You've been very stressed out, perhaps that's made it worse?

Doesn't sound normal for period pain buffy, I would call the doctor, it doesn't sound right to me.
