    Awwww (((gentle hugs))) Buffy, that does sound severe. Have you had some painkillers? (Do I sound like your Mum? :o)

    If it's not usually so bad, and it doesn't pass off, maybe call NHS Direct for advice, or see your GP tomorrow? You've been very stressed out, perhaps that's made it worse?

    Doesn't sound normal for period pain buffy, I would call the doctor, it doesn't sound right to me.
