If this is how you normally are, then it's normal for you. Since you're asking the question - it doesn't sound normal for you.

    What have you eaten?

nothing since the pie and chips last night. and some chocolate. am trying to drink peppermint tea (thanks Maz - she sent it me ages agoXX)

mum had the same food and she is ok.

it is just much worse then normal. xx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

thanks girls, Mum looks a bit worried too. I just want to lie down. I have had it before there is normally more of a build up and it doesn't normally reduce me to tears though. but I am a week early? oh I don't know. lying down

will check in again, sorry to worry you and thank you xxxxx

Regardless if you've had it before buffy it isn't how things are for most people, so there must be a reason why you get to feel this bad. I would see the doctor anyway, have you ever been checked for PCOS or endometriosis.
