nothing since the pie and chips last night. and some chocolate. am trying to drink peppermint tea (thanks Maz - she sent it me ages agoXX)
mum had the same food and she is ok.

Regardless if you've had it before buffy it isn't how things are for most people, so there must be a reason why you get to feel this bad. I would see the doctor anyway, have you ever been checked for PCOS or endometriosis.:A

Buffy-a good friend of mine has been hospitalised twice with period pains, they are so severe. She lost so much blood once that she fainted...we don't see her at all for 2-3 days a month, she can't get out of bed it's so bad.....get checked out....Debt-free...and staying that way...0
