I will have to sift through these posts and see if there are any ideas for my mate......she thinks she'll end up an old spinster with cats (.....well she's got the cats already and she's been single for over 3 years...mmmm)...
She's deep in debt as well (I've tried talking to her and giving her advice.....but you can only give this if someone is willing to listen in the first place!! and she isn't................is it the emu or the ostrich which sticks its head in the sand.......whichever it is ..........that's her to a tea.......drives me potty but I can't make her sort her debts out)
She thinks I'm judgemental......I think I'm being helpful in trying to save her money.....can't win.........(I don't think I'm judgemental...I just prefer getting to the root of the problem and sorting it head on rather than !!!!!footing around for donkeys years wasting money!) Some may think this is a bit harsh...I don't....but then that's probably why she has taken to not telling me things.... :rolleyes:0 -
Work went well! Thanks for all the good wishes. In fact it was so busy my boss gave me a bonus on the second night back! (Which shall go towards the speeding ticket I may have picked up on the Monday - boo hoo!)
Plus it was probably the best work out I've done in ages, could hardly move the next day what with all that bending and stretching. Caught up with loads of people and went to a party the Friday night.
Thanks for the advice ; 0 )
Think I might try the rambler suggestion next.0 -
