    She said you were not lied too,but were told a mistruth - twice !!!!

    I have just logged in to my account and there doesn't seem to be anything there? Can anyone who has booked their slot please tell me where on the page is the link etc. for vip sale so you can book a slot?

  • If they were fed up of the requests yesterday they should have just closed down the live chat, not told everyone the same answer to get rid of them. I can imagine how dissapointed you are, I'm upset that I havent got a slot either, but to be lied to aswell and get your hopes up is terrible. x

    If there isnt anything there about the VIP sale then it looks as though you havent got a slot (like me :mad:) unless they release some more later??

    Just spoken to Next. They say I am definitely selected, but for a telephone slot and not an internet one?? They will ring me today or tonight to make a slot? Sounds very odd. Always ordered on the internet before.

    Yes they said so. It seems really strange though. I've only ever shopped online. Don't know whether to believe them, but I've always had a slot before and about four people have told me I have now. My friend sat opposite me got hers straight away on screen (she is a big next spender), but my other two colleagues who always get a slot don't seem to have got one either. One has rung up and been told she is a telephone customer too (?)

    Rang Next first thing this morning and they wouldnt book a slot over the fone. They just said emails were being sent out later and to check. I logged into my next account and VIP slot was there to select.

    Try logging into your account and see if the slot is available to book there. The email will arrive when you select your time slot.
