As soon as you sign in it will automaticall redirect you to book your VIP slot if youve been selected

Just spoken to live chat. Lady reassured me that I had actually got a slot and to wait for an email and to ring them if hadnt got one by 3pm. She also said to keep checking account online as it may suddenly appear.

Not sure what I believe really as why is it people have already got their slots.

Ive still not had my invite email even though it was available to book via my account about 5 hours ago lol so EVERYONE LOG IN AND CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT

I had been selected and had no email. There was a timeslot to select tho when I logged into my Next account. I wd keep checking your Next account as I think it is more likely to be there first. It sends a confirmation email after you select your time slot.

stock seems to be very low this year

no phones, ipods, etc. Even towels are few and far between, and usually theres lots of them in really unpopular colours and sizes

ive been through the whole of the sale listings now, and have got about 20 items, and thats with ordering things i only slightly liked the look of. Everything i really wanted is not in the sale

I was after a few pairs of shoes for myself and was a bit disappointed with the selection available. The same goes for casual tops. There are only a few I would buy. There is loads of home stuff tho but I bet most of it is away by the time the time slots start!

are the store opening times for saturday available yet? I really hope it's 7am and not 5am!

also is there any way to view what is in the online sale if you don't have a VIP slot?

aaarrrgghhh i have just phoned up for the 100th time and the lady told me emails r not being sent out until 10am when i told her abt people that had already booked their slots she said those slots would not be valid but i wouldnt trust what next customer services have to say. she also told me i would be getting a phone slot who knows what that is lol

ye wen u log into to your account it says at shops from 7am n online from 8am, hope it is 7am. can some1 plz post a link to view whats in the sale please. x
