I logged on and there was nothing so phoned up. The woman on the phone said I'd been selected and would get an email today but seemed very unsure of herself so I'm still not convinced.0

I didnt get an email and still havent yet but logged into account this morning and was able to book my slot. Im not sure what's going on but Next need to get their act together and sort their customer service out!DFW no.630!

who did you speak to on live chat? I've been told by Zoe Vickers and by somebody on the phone I deffo have a slot but can't access it. My froend has to. Yet my other friend logged into her account and it flashed up straight away! Weird! Wonder if we have to wait for email or if they are lying to us all and we haven't got slots. She said I could quote her happily.0

We were lied to!! Drew asked for all my account information and said yes I had been selected. Also the lady on the phone said that I f I didnt receive my e mail to call today and they would book manually. I did this only to be told No I didnt have one. :mad::mad::mad::mad:0

i jus tryed logging in but no slot for me. it says tho that the sale starts at 7am at local stores, have they changed times now as i thought it woz 5am it starts normally. x0

When Ive had a VIP invite previously I have been able to book my slot by signing onto my account and then later in the day I have received the email saying sign into account to book slot, I have never had to wait for Email first.0

I have just been on live chat and had to give customer number etc - I haven't been selected - haven't had an invite for last 2 or 3 sales but have had them prior to that. Spoke to Kate - she said there was nothing I could do to get a VIP invite now. Hope everyone else has better luck0
