    I am FURIOUS !!!
    I am waiting for a call back from them now. This stupid Drew man told me yesterday I had been allocated a slot, but this lady at Customer Services tells me I havent !
    I am so cross, having never had one before and was so excited. If I didnt get one though, so be it, but what makes me so angry is the fact Drew said I had one !

    Oh no, that's a shame. Just a thought, but maybe this Drew guy got fed up with all the VIP queries yesterday and just said yes to everyone?? :confused::confused:

    He lied and said we had one and we didnt. They refuse to give me a slot and I am so cross.

    Thats not the point - he has lied and thats disgusting.

    What did they say about you being told that you had one by him?? As I said he said I had a slot and I also spoke to a lady on the phone yesterday and she also said I had one!!!! Whats going on??

    I'm the same, was going to go on live chat and quote the conversation I had yesterday as I've still got it but doesn't seem like that'll help. Live chat not on there yet today but will try it and let you know later.

    I know, you're right. I was just suggesting a reason for his behaviour but that doesn't help how you feel.
