It could be to do with what you spend as I have spent a lot more this year with next than usual.
I was told last year by Next customer services if you leave a balance on your account as opposed to pay in full about a month before the sale youve more chance of being selected. I can see it - it's on the right side, underneath general enquiries and email. Strange you don't have it??Hmm I open up the contact and top right hand side there is a box with heading CONTACT US under there it just says General enquiries with a pic of a phone and underneath a little envelope symbol and says email

Good old Tailor, further to my earlier unsuccessful, live chat this evening, he (I presume!) has just confirmed I have a slot and will recieve and email tomorrow :j. I asked if he knew when the emails where being distributed and he said just throughout the day. God, this sale gets me every time, DH just said "you'd think you've just won the lottery or something"!! Hope everyone else gets a slot.0

try loggin into your account then go to contact us bit only worked for me when i was logged into account0 -
As I couldn't get live chat I rang instead ...oh I have a slot this time round :j, CS adviser said emails would be sent out after midnight but would not budge on giving me a slot and said to access you would have to go through email link .This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.Robert M. From memory, midnight onwards is when they do their updates/emails etc... so I wonder if that's when the preview listing will go live too?0
