When I phoned last year to ask if I had a slot they said "No" when I usually do, I was gutted, but when I logged into my account the next day, I did have one, so you never know, worth checking!

The slots we are talking about are VIP slots - you get an early preview of the sale before it goes live online and in store, where you can purchase items. You have to have a Next Directory account and the slots are supposedly picked at random. The sale starts in store this Saturday (18th).


I did the online chat a few hours ago, and had Drew aswell - he wasn't helpful at all! basically told me if I hadn't got a slot there was nothing anyone could do - so I don't live in hope of getting one tomorrow when I call up.

I was lucky and managed to book over the phone this morning, confirmation email came straight away but the link for the preview is still not working, I hope it's not a dud lol

Thankfully i have a slot and many thanks to whoever posted about the live chat i got an Asian chappie and confirmed i had been sucessful on this occasion and shd hear something Tomorrow so i am delighted
