I'm probably gonna be at work when the E-Mails get sent out....Can't access my home E-Mails from work but can access the Next site..... Anyone know if the VIP link will appear on the account summary page or if i will have to click on the link on the E-Mail???

You'll beable to log into the VIP area from your account page of the website, you wont need the email, just keep checking!

That is how I have managed to get on for the past few sales so I think it is only fair to give something back. (I was one of the very lucky few that called and bagged a slot for 6pm Wed by phone b4 they clamped down on it)

Although I have my slot, I keep checking the link coz I want the preview .:rotfl:

Over on the Grabbit board the peeps say items are going through already at the discounted price. They are shown full price on the vewing and reduce once you have the items in your basket. Seemed to work for me too, but then I resisted the urge to spend.

I might be wrong but I think the discounted items that people are talking about may be the leftovers from the mid season sale. I know that the few items I want are still going through at full price.

I had a look and "some" of the items seem to be from current season however I added to my basket and got right through to final confirmation and still charging me full price so I think perhaps it was a glitch and Next opened up the discounts early in error just like the VIP slots

I hope this isnt a reflection on this year and means the sales gonna be crap cause they have sold everything!

I just dont get the kids stuff though, why would everything be sold out, how they gonna put anything in the sale

Have always struggled in years gone by to get kids stuff from the directory. Don't mind so much now - my teenage girl wouldn't be seen wearing Next stuff and my son has tons of tops since New Look launched a range for boys. Also just bought loads for my hubby from New Look so that just leaves little ole me LOL. There are a few items that I'd REALLY like but apart from that it's bedding and household goodies this year (fingers crossed!). And no, I'm definitely NOT standing outside Next at 5am on Saturday - those days are well & truly over.

If any of you are unsure about whether you have a slot and have been told they cant tell you like I was. I didnt realise they had a live chat until someone on here mentioned it. I went in to that and got a lovely man who I was very very nice to. He said yes I can confirm you have one but cant tell you when.
Thats enough for me girls - I have NEVER had one and am quite chuffed ! I told him he was a lovely man !!! lol
So try live chat cos as least you will know either way
