    well im finally home from work and checked my old registered email addy and I have a confirmation of time slot email address for 6pm to 7pm on wed.....still dubious as to weather it will be there when i log in to my account though, will see tomorrow I guess!

    Well... I always normally get a Vip slot, but have just spoken to 'Tailor S' on live chat who says I haven't been selected this time :-( :-( Can't be bothered with the shops, so I'll look on the bright side.. that's saved me some money :-)

    Same! I've been really luck and got one for the past few years now but when I used the online chat thing earlier, the guy told me I wasn't getting one this year. Will keep checking my emails and account in case he got it wrong.

    maybe they have changed it then as it appears most that always get one arent and quite a few who never get them are getting them!

    I've only ever had one once :( and it looks like I won't get one this time either, boo hoo! I do wonder if it is at all related to what you spend throughout the year??

    Does anyone know what catalogues the sale will be from (number-wise)...i am trying to remember which ones the winter sales included, as its usually the next 2 along from then.

    I know I'm not the only one sad enough to keep a stack of next catalogues!!
    I have:
    42 (2008 winter) which I think was the xmas sale
    43 (2009 spring) - it must be this one?
    44 (summer) - and this one?
    45 (autumn) - just arrived this week

    Yes!!! I can't see it anywhere - thought I must be going mad! I've clear my cookies, browsing history,everything and there's still no 'live chat' option :confused:

    I can see it - it's on the right side, underneath general enquiries and email. Strange you don't have it??
