    Hello all,

    Got my new Next Directory through today. There are a couple of pieces of furniture in the old one which aren't in the Autumn/Winter one, so I am hoping they will be in the sale as I really would like to buy them. Problem is until they do the sale listing I won't know.

    When do they usually stop the normal ordering on the website - any ideas? Am I right in thinking that they website normally shuts down a couple of days before the sale starts?

    Have been quite lucky with VIP invites, but if I don't get one tomorrow and/or furniture is not in the sale preview listing, I still want to be quick enough to order it full price.

    Any advice from you experts?

    i have no live chat on my page dont know whats wrong. i have had a slot every sale for about the past 3 years but have had no email so far

    i was told to ring after 11am as this is when the emails will be going out and when their vip sale department is up and running

    The normal website "shuts down" when the sale is open to all which I think is Saturday
