Aargh I got told I had a vip invite but they can't book slots over the phone I guess its wait for the email for me.

Just phoned back and talked to someone else. He said i'm not on the list so am gutted as wanted furniture and know i won't get it now. Thought i would be this time as had the preview book and have spent loads this year. Never mind.

I just tried, was told I have been selected but she wouldnt let me book a slot, told me emails will be going out tommorow boo! Will just have to keep trying account to see I can book a slot!

I've just phoned and spoken to two different people who have both said i'm on the list but won't let me book over the phone so i guess i'll just have to wait for the email tomorrow.

Just spoke to someone as had query on account - he said slots should not have been given out as nobody had authority to do one, emails out tomorrow, and I'm on list. I begged ever so nicely but he refused to budge.

I said I was out tomorrow & asked them to confirm that emails start going out today, I was told they are & it was worth checking my mail. Has anyone else been told this or is it definitely tomorrow?

I was told tomorrow, but so many people have been told different things....!!

Damn it, I just called and told the guy my internet was down until Wednesday afternoon so I had no access to emails, he suggested I call tomorrow to reserve my slot as they could'nt be reserved until then....damn, damn, damn

Just phoned next and was told that they are not booking sale slots today but emails will be sent out tomorrow. She said I was on the list, Yippee!!:j

I was told Ive got an invte (first time ever) but was told they couldnt book a slot. They said they had some people giving slots out before 11am but since theyve noticed this its been stopped. Has anyone else booked a slot since 11am?
