I just rang customer services and booked mine over the phone too. Initially he said they weren't being booked over the phone. So, I said well my sister in law called this morning and spoke to a lady called Jo who booked it for her, he went off the phone and came back saying "sorry I gave you the wrong information of course I will book it for you now" and he gave me wednesday between 6-7pm and email came through straight away0

Yay:j tried again & a very nice man said no problem & booked me a slot btween 6-7 on wednesday. Keep trying just depends who you get.0

Yay,I just booked mine for Wednesday at 6pm-7pm.
I really think it depends on who you speak to as the first time I tried they said I could'nt book yet the second lady said yes no problem.0 -
I called 0844 844 800 and got re-directed to CS. I said I wanted to see if I had got a vip invite this year. Told the chap a friend just called me and she had booked over the phone. He put me on hold for a minute then came back and offered me 6pm Wednesday.
I got an instant email confirmation with the links to preview but at the moment they just take you to the Offers closed page.0 -

I just phoned and was told that I do have a slot but that they are not allocating slots over the phone. I will have to wait to get e mail tomorrow.:mad:0

I just got told the same. I said that would be fine if everyone was getting the same message but they are clearly allocating slots to some people. She said nobody has been given a time today. Wouldn't even say if i'd got a slot.0

I now know I have a slot, but even after putting me on hold they reckon they still can't allocate me a slot!:mad:
