  • Thanks for all the tips on books to look out for guys, very handy.

    I only started listing last week on Amazon, having a clear out but i sold this today;

    Shut it - A Fan's guide to 70's cops on the box - Martin Day & Keith Topping £14.99, in Good not great condition and theres people waiting. Im quite happy cos i bought it at boot sale while on my hol's lasy year for 10p and never bothered to read it!!

    I just wish i'd been brave enough to list it for more!!!!

    Chris Yates - Casting at the sun £30

    Both his books seem in demand.

    Funny, because I've found that other fishing books don't go for that much.

    It's a shame Amazon doesn't let you check back further in your old transactions as it would e useful to see what's gone for how much and share it with you guys.

    I just did a quick check in the transaction history search and they are showing me every sale I had since October 2005, I suppose some of those values will be really out of date by now

    I think fishing books have to be about carp or pike to fetch the big money...must admit I was surprised to see that Chris Yates book selling for so low!!!!!!!! :D

    Thank you to the person (possibly reading this thread?) who bought the 2nd Chris Yayes book off me yesterday - the deepening pool for £28.50. You may have got yourself a bargain and it's certainly in nice condition.
