Wilkinson's sell it, but a normal spray is around 99p. Last time I bought some it was in bulk from Makro.

Why is it I have less time now I am retired then when I worked?0 -
Evening all
Turned out to be a lovely day after all, if a little breezy - would have been a great drying day if washer still wasn't broken - repairman comes tomorrow so hopefully it will be working then, washing is starting to mount up!
Did lots of shopping today, went to Mr T, Asda and Morrisons and managed YS's in all of them! Must be my lucky day:D Need some good weather over the weekend now so we can have a BBQ!
Came home and was giving house a good clean when DD rang me from work and was feeling really ill, so drove into city centre to pick her up, I would hate to have to do that every day - luckily my work is very local to me, literally 2 - 3 minutes walk from home, made me appreciate my job a [STRIKE]little[/STRIKE] lot more!:D DD looks really pasty and has a really bad headache and feels sick, so will keep my eye on her tonight!
Tea was roast chicken, roast potatoes and swede and carrot mashed together, really enjoyed it! Have "weed and feed"ed the grass, watered veggies and pulled odd weeds up, so have accomplished most of what I wanted to do today:D
Diva hope your toothache has eased.
Hope you all have a good evening.
xxx
P.S. I haven't tried vinegar yet either but bought some today and will try it when washer is repaired!!!!"Keep smiling, it makes people wonder what you are up to........"Dieting ........... is no piece of cake!!!!:D

Evening all
Sorry I'm not posting regulary at the moment, I don't know where the time is going, well I do, I'm trying to sort out my spare room, it's so full of junk. The school is holding a bric-a-brac stall at a local fete, so I'm trying to get rid of some stuff there. I'm also going to take a couple of boxes of books in to the staffroom next week & hope some get taken. I have some stuff I need to ebay, including a pair of baby blue Ugg boots, but I can't see them selling this time of year, lol, so I'll hang on to them til the winter. I've also been given a box of sci fi collectables to sell for a friend who's a bit of a technophobe. That should keep me busy this weekend.
Have a good evening everyone
Hugs Hester

Hi Guys!
Hope everyone is okay.
I have just logged into my OU account and I passed my 1st TMA with flying colours:j:j:j....was quite nervous as I havent been too well and didnt think I was focused enough....pleased anyway!
Managed to get another load done today of darks and towels. OH hung them outside and bedding was dried outside too between the quick showers. House has been cleaned and DW on and emptied.
OH had to buy some caterpillar (sp) spray as they were eating all the cabbages, so he has been out there this afternoon, picking them off and spraying. He also put some beetroot seeds in which he got from B&Q for 38p in their value range. He also hovered out the car and polished inside.
Where would be the best place to find a fair priced MOT garage? I cant believe the car is nearly 3 years old:eek::eek::eek:
Tomorrow I am resting as I am hoping to visit family at the weekend.
Hugs to all.

Penny-Pincher, I can recommend Eltham Test centre ( the one just up along from New Eltham station in Avery Hill Road) Honest as the day is long, and if anything needs doing, whilst not the cheapest around, thorough and very fairly priced. And honestly I have no connection other than as a very satisfied customerHope that helps. This has made me think wouldn't it be nice if we could all suggest local traders that do a good job, have keen prices or whatever? Will obviously only work for people that live near us:o:rotfl:
Evening all, had a busy last few days, babysitting, cooking, housework, nothing too exciting. Been knitting and crocheting cloths for dishes, floors, bathroom etc ( had to prove to DH that I really hadn't over-ordered on the dishcloth cotton front. I ask you, 6 x 100gm balls is small feed isn't it ?:rotfl:) They're all coded for use by pattern so no chance of a bathroom cloth finding its way into the kitchen, I am a bit fussy like that
Sorry haven't read the thread yet, saw PP's post and wanted to reply to that.
Off for a read now.You never get a second chance to make a first impression.0 -

Thanks ever so much Churchmouse! I dont know Eltham very well but OH does.
I think thats a good idea! We use a dry cleaners where you can get 4 items cleaned for £6. He includes coats and suits in this deal and takes 3 days. I dont know if that helps you at all?
