Yes, shop her in. There will be a audit trail on the systems and they will be able to tell who has accessed the account.
This person would then have to give a valid reason for doing so. It probably isn't just yours she has been accessing and other friends and family.
Her employer will then do an internakl investigation and she will be interviewed.

She would probably have a warning put on her file or may even be dismissed.

As part of working on the operating systems in work there will be a computer useage policy that will state family/friend accounts should not be accessed.

Where I work it is forbidden to look at any accounts of anybody you know and if you just happen to get them on the phone a manager has to deal with it.

How did she know you had an account with Vanquis? Did you just tell her you have one, or did you ring about about your account and speak to her?
The former would be worse I think, as that would mean she had deliberately gone into your file to check things out. The latter is still very bad though, that's a horrendous thing to do to a friend :eek:
Good luck with reporting her - take it the whole way! It's just not on for people to discuss other people's finances without their prior permission.
