Did anyone else get two versions of the one-for-each-leg thigh cream? Same codes on each, had one arrive last week another arrive today, very odd!

I registered for quite a few trials with Boots Volunteers, some of them say 'Registered' whereas others say 'In progress'. What do they mean by 'in progress'? Does it mean I will get the sample or they are in process of choosing who will get them? Thanks for any replies.

"in progress" means just that...the trial is taking place...if you register for a trial that means you would like to take part.Boots send out however many samples they have for trial but there is no way of telling if you have been sucessful in getting a trial until the product and questionaire arrive, however this is usually only a few days after you request to be part of the trial.

Hi, do you only boots branded products for trial or other companies too like L'oreal, Rimmel etc etc... I have registered but not received anything yet. So just curious and how long does the feedback take to fill in?

how long after registering does it take to get log in details and such sent to you?

depends how long their waiting lists are!

I've known people be on the list for 12-18 months before they get onto the panel - others have got on straight away.

I've finally been sent log in details. Registered over a year and a half ago I think. Very excited.

i think they only sent me the form because i got in touch with them, i swear they wouldn't have otherwise. we'll see how long it takes now
