    got a heat styling spray - to use with hairdrier/straighteners etc yesterday - haven't had anything for a few weeks ;-)

    I registered about a month ago and didn't receive the forms they said they were going to send so I emailed them to ask about it and they have now said they have sent the forms out today. So now I will wait and see what happens. It looks like it definitely pays to chase them up!
