the same thing happened to me. i was waiting well over a year and emailed them and i had the paperwork the following day. i posted it back on a friday and had my log in details by email on the monday.....so hopefully won't take much longer

I disagree: I remember at least two of us last year peeling back the stickers on some eye shadow and finding it was by Mac! I also have some filler (don't know what else to call it!) which matches in texture colour and scent with the Olay regenerist filler. If they are maybe testing for comparison of have these brands making their own products for them I don't know but I do think they send out more then Boots products

There was a code on the sticker on the eye shadow. I went to the Mac store and matched the colour and it matched exactly. I then went to see if it fitted inside my mac replacable eyeshadow pallet which it did. I'm convinced it was Mac as its the same quality and is the main brand of eye shadow I use.

I went through the ingredience with the Olay serum, I looked everywhere to see what it matched as I wanted to replace it. Was gutten when I found it was £30+! I never did replace it but everything matched, even the style of packaging, the scent, the texture, irredescence and had the same effect on my skin Am satisfied this was Olay.

I'd say most of the products they test are Boots but whose to say they don't either buy in certain brands (I am convinced the No.7 coloured eyeliners are infact Mac dupes) and whose to say they don't compare with products from other brands to see what customers think and have issues with. Personally within a product test I think they'd me mad not to.
