HAHAHAHA he's no where near intelligent enough to grasp that I'm afraid :) His sister might, and would then plot her revenge! :eek: She's got all the brains from that litter I think :)

    I think it'd be worth acknowledging your neighbour's concern but while you can't say for sure that it was your cat that made the scratches hand him a car cover as a goodwill gesture. I would be worried that he decides to take your cat for a car ride and dump him/her somewhere miles away, or even leaves out poison. Not that I'm saying your neighbour is nasty but you may as well try and find some middle ground especially when he is feeling annoyed and get it sorted before real anger starts in. He's not going take the initiative himself so you may as well, and hopefully that will be the end of the matter.
