erm open packet victoria sponge mix, add and egg.... follow instructions and voila......

I marvel at these posh fairy cakes you see on telly... mine always look like they have been made by a 5 year old... taste great tho!
in a bid to do some fun baking with erin some time soon, i invested in some cookie mix, choc sponge mix and victoria sponge mix... erin will grow up thinking cakes come from packets! lol!!!
