Just been to M&S for lunch (naughty I know) and was eyeing up the big pink sparkly fairy cakes. Resisted though cos last time I had one I entered some sort of sugar induced daze for the rest of the afternoon :rotfl:

it's come over all grey and overcast here, so i've closed the front curtains ( so nosy peeps can't see in as they walk past) and put the lights and heating on.

  • Hi,

Yep, I was shattered. And late for work again. :o The boss finally called me on it so I intend to be in bed at 9pm tonight so I don't sleep in again.

I've been doing two different buildings on my own for the last two days so they must be starting to trust me more. If I haven't heard about the evening shifts by Mon, I'll ask but the woman who did my training today said that I probably haven't been given them yet because term doesn't officially finish until this Fri and they can't give me more than 15 hours a week while I'm still studying. I finished on the 1st but that seems to be besides the point. :D

Right, gotta run, bus to catch. Talk later.

beanie is coming to Chez Moi for a weekend at end of the month...... the week after Leeds...

we're going to do "stuff" but haven't quite decided what.... erin has swimming and horseriding that weekend, so limited time wise but there is a local highland games that weekend so will probably go there, there will be stalls n stuff i guess.....

and we will probably have something nice to eat and beanie will have some wine!
