Skinny jeans(next) Pinky vest(primark) white short sleeve cardi (primark) gorgeous light cotton scarf(george) this is newly aquired, really 'pulls' my clothes together. Grey patent heels, long strand of pearls, wrapped around my wrist, small stud earrings. All are from my aformnetioned capsule!!

Have a busy day today, doing toast at the school, got some paperwork to do, dogs need walking, and will atempt gardens after (weather permitting)
Weathers Pants again, apparently going to be nice at the weekeend....we'll see!!

Okay what you all wearing today?????
How are you all getting value from your wardrobes???

(Edited to say, this original idea was to show how my capsule worked and fitted in with my lifestyle, it has become so much fun tho, i started a thread by itself)
Sometimes your the dog, and sometimes your the lampost..:p

You all sound so coordinated and smart.
I am wearing a dress (Top Shop, 2 years ago, 30 euros) which is really summery, hippyish/surferish with big red and khaki flowers all over and khaki/bronzy sandals. It is an extra outside my capsule wardrobe that I can't bear to get rid of because it is perfect for when it gets unbearably hot here and I don't know what to wear.As for accesories, pearl earrings.

    Shameful !!!!!! that I am......!:o

I'm still in my dressing gown!
Aqua, fleecy from Primark and Per Una slippers (Christmas pressie).

Will quickly go and get dressed and edit.........(runs up stairs..)

    Phew! I'm back!

Black linen cropped trousers (Monsoon, last summer, love them but I've lost weight and they're probably baggier than do me justice now) and Per Una Special Edition t shirt in lovely fine stretchy cotton, three quarter sleeves in a FAB bright orange!! This colour energises me!! Much more contemporary cut than the normal M &S. Bare feet.

Just round the house till I get changed into my work gear later.

I have two pairs of jeans, so alternate between those, and various tops, most of which have been given to me. My mum sent me some clothes for my birthday last Saturday - including three pairs of shorts which I'd love to be able to wear, but they're just a bit on the small side, a few tops which are fine (bar one which, due to the style of it makes me look huge so I won't be wearing it!). She also sent me some money to go and buy myself something. Unfortunately whenever I get money given to me it invariably ends up being spent on someone else, or groceries! This time I'm keeping it away from the general funds and hopefully will be able to find something to wear. I could do with losing about 2 stone though

Justamum, this subject came up amongst the girls who've been chatting about MS fashion on the earlier threads .

The ( very sensible ) point that was made, I think by Sharron, but apologies if it was someone else, was to live in the 'now', ie dress your best for the shape you are today, not the shape you believe you would like to be. You're in the same boat as LOADS of us, ie wishing we could lose anything from a few pounds to a few stones.

However the theory is if you spend wisely on your wardrobe or even just organise the wardrobe you already have , with clothes that really work hard for you and you look good, you will feel good and be more body-aware. This helps raise your self-esteem and long-term may help you to focus on losing the extra pounds.

Do make sure you earmark that pressie money for yourself!

    Hi all,

    What a fun thread!

I am wearing white oversize top from topshop with Le vieux pairis on the front, river island skinny jeans, black tall uggs and a silver, black and white pandora style bracelet that I made this morning (well, I threaded the beads into the chain.. ;) )

I have got loads of wear out of these jeans, I wear then about 3 times a week,I have worn this top about 6 times, it's quite new. I wear uggs all the time, although these black ones are probably my least favourite pair!

I feel like such a scruff compared to everyone else on here!
