buyer wants to arrange own courier after item already sent by courier

    I thought you were only meant to send the item to the buyer's registered address? Suggest you check Paypal rules on this to avoid complications.

    Jane Blackford is correct, if you don't send this to the paypal advised address you lose a chargeback claim whether or not you can prove delivery.

    ah yes, of course, i forgot about that.

    i've told the buyer that i have spoken to paypal and they said i have to send to the address they selected for delivery when they made payment - the leeds address. i have said i will refund less the £11 postage costs that i have paid out...

    i will also attempt a mutual, worth a try to get the fvf back. or maybe a full one? not sure if i can do that though
