when i log in to paypal and view the details of the payment it states address "confirmed"

    ?

I think you can still do a NPB, as when you have refunded technically the item hasn't been paid for! I'm pretty sure I've done this before for something that was lost in the post. They will probably reply to the dispute saying so, but at least you'll get your FVF back.

done, reported for false address and phone number.

done this before and ebay just email back and say they have given the buyer a couple of days to update their details. i request details again and they are the same. reply to email to say they are still false and ebay email back and say to give the buyer a couple of days to update their details... and that goes on and on.

i normally do a mutual if i have refunded for buyer returning an item

i'm not sure if you can do a full unpaid item dispute though as the buyer did originally pay. it will give the buyer an unpaid item strike, they will be able to appeal and prove they paid and get the strike removed - not sure if they also reverse the refund of the fvf?

    does anyone know?

i have told them 3 times now that they can't arrange their own courier to collect it! maybe i should use capital letters next time.

    and another

"you will get the proof i only pay for collection you get the recit sorry about all this thanks"

if dhl do collect from me will they give me a recipt so i can prove delivery to paypal?
  • I think if DHL collect, the driver should supply you with paperwork, including a tracking number that you can use to track online. Don't quote me on that one though! :)
