Would you stay in a hotel you'd had bad service in?

Hmmmm, don't think I'll be staying at a Rad again. Mind you, I'm currently so broke I stay in hostels...Ah, to be back at the Malmaison. BTW if you ever book there, you can get cashback through Pigsback.0

Go for it
Anyway I must say my stay other than the three idiots we dealt with that morning was fabulous. They actually had a working ice machine (albeit on the next floor up!) and it was a lovely room and first class facilities. It's just the staff that were the problem!0 -
I've stayed in the Durham Radisson numerous times. It's always been OK with an acceptable standard of service from all staff I came into contact with.
Perhaps this was a communication problem, with both sides not completely understanding what the other one was trying to say. Something that can easily happen if the atmosphere starts to get a bit heated..................
....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)0 -

I would say that too, however I don't think one woman saying something then when challenged by her superior went back on it and accused me of lying. Being threatened with the police wasn't on either when just asking for an explanation.
Other than that, the waiters, concierge and every other member of staff I encountered was absolutely brilliant, couldn't fault them at all.0 -
