FairyShazza - Sleep Therapy Pillow Spray is just fab isn't it :j

I also didn't have an Avon rep, or now and again one would cover our area and then stop. I order online when that happens and it's great, and quite often there are codes for free postage and even discounts such as 10% or 15% off. It's worth checking the discounts forum, there is an Avon discounts thread.

Online you can order a book/catalogue (very easy to request) and it takes about a week to arrive. Included is an order form but I do find it easier to get it online.

Also if you have quidco I think you save even more (i keep forgetting to do this myself :o)

    Hope this helps

I just love the pillow spray it is amazing. I've tried others but I always go back to the Avon one. I have a couple in reserve as they sometimes crop up at car boot sales (I love car boots!). I think the last one I bought cost me 10p  I always snap them up if I see them there.

I have considered buying online before but have not yet done it. I have been temmpted by the new lipstick they advertise on TV that has the eight different shades in one interchangeable container.

received and tried some of the bath products - and quite pleased.

also received a new catalogue no 12:rolleyes:

some offers on the sleep therapy stuff.
quite tempted with the 24K gold lipstick - but what are Avon lipsticks like?

i am fussy with the fragrance of lipstick - like the smell of Bourjois only and clinique is fragrance free - how about their lipsticks?
also mum's friend is sceptical about avon lipsticks -which she says she used to use about 30 odd years ago and she felt they darkened her lips more (asian skin) - could this be true or an individual issue?
    thanks!

I'm also tempted by the lipstick with 7 shades, wonder if anyone has used this and would reccommend it? don't want to waste £10!

My friend has both and loves them! It wouldn't be any good for me, because I only really wear two shades (one very natural, one very red), but if you like to vary, they do seem pretty good.

Remember you can return them if you don't like them! ;)
    Gone ... or have I?

Our Avon rep left not long ago, we had another lady come round but I think she gave up as I placed a big order and never had it!!!

I have odd bits of their makeup - a mascara, some glitter eyeliners and one of those lipsticks with gold in - that's actually really nice and looks lovely, the mascara is fine but the eyeliner irritates my eyes...

I absolutely adore their shower gel and buy it in bulk - I bought 15 bottles :eek:before I left my last job as I had no idea when I would get any more!!!! I also bought some more as I went along - I especially love the Christmas one, that was gorgeous but Im down to my last bottle now! Used to like the bath stuff but i prefer M&S bath stuff now - and its cheaper!!!

The Advance Teachniques 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner is excellent though - just ordered 3 bottles off the net. I like to take it away with me as I find it is excellent at removing product build-up out of my hair - and its cheap :money:

I love Avons Naturals shower gels too. They smell delicious! :D Was/still am a great fan of Body Shop shower gel but Avons is just as good but cheaper.

I might get some shampoo & conditioner to try as a few of you recommend it. At the moment I am using Tesco own brand of shampoo & conditioner as I have to wash my hair every 2 days as its quite greasy and buying Herbal Essences all the time was getting pricey.
The tesco own brand is ok but just doesn't leave my hair as soft and shiny as I would like.

Mrs Ryan, I have never used a 2 in 1 shampoo & conditioner, always seperates. Is 2 in 1 just as good as seperates?

    Thanks
