You say the rest are fine. Out of interest do you get National Geographic and Sky Arts? They are on the same transponder. If you can't get them either then it is a tuning problem.

Or a tuner problem, but most likely a power supply unit problem. Try switching your digibox off at the wall and let it cool down for 20 minutes or so. Then switch back on again.

Is your digibox under warranty? If so, phone Sky. They will arrange a replacement, after making you do pointless things with your digibox for about half an hour.

weird,,iv sussed out it only happens (looses signal)when i go tp sky+ (record something)then it loose signal only on that ch i want to record...i can record live no probs....i rekon its something to do with the signal on input 2,as its got no signal/quality on the bars on input 2 in the system selection no6 if that makes sense

From your last post I would edge towards the lnb needing a slight tweeking. Can you have the TV watched while you tweek it to see when input 2 locks. Obviously record Sky 1 while watching another channel at the time while doing it so the signal indicators show the right TP.

Hi, we get this every so often on our hd + box (last time was Sat when OH was working; (cant remember what channel) I tried the usual switch on/off, check leads stuff to no avail). The std box in our bedroom (through multiroom rather than digisender) has no such issues...If OH can remember if he did anything special to get it working again last time I will update post, but I imagine he didn't do anything & it just came back on ( like yours) On the same note however, I seriously doubt he'll want to admit that it wasn't something genius he did! bless...;-)

I think you're on the right track, but to confirm your suspicion, why not try swapping the inputs over. If the fault switches with it then you've got a problem with that feed from the LNB, and not with the box.

Sky engineer just replaced our 6 month old LNB with a new one. Apparently there was a real bad batch, which was the source of all our troubles. See if you can get an engineer out to replace it.
