I'm a bit of a chocoholic too, but I find that a nice mug of hot chocolate often hits the spot.(made from cocoa and milk not the instant add water stuff)

it works out a lot cheaper and takes more time too!

Alicatt, are you getting much joy from green metropolis? I have listed stuff ( only last week though) and havent had a bite yet. Saying that, theres no fees, so its not costing me like ebay does.

I've got one on Greenmetropolis as a tester, but it annoys me how you can't tell how far down the queue you are. I'm having a lot of success shifting books on amazon. They don't charge for listing, they take a fee when you sell but it doesn't cost you if they don't sell. They move the money straight into your bank too, so no paypal fees.

I would be a better money saver if I didnt have access to the internet. anywhere. I am an internet-aholic, and that includes shopping. Sigh :(

I list all my books on here (currently about 60). The more books you have on (costs nothing to list them and very quick to do) the more likely you are to get a sale. The newer, more popular books, obviously, sell quicker.. I can go 2/3 weeks without selling any and then sell 4 in 1 week. I wouldn't say it's good for making money (although any little helps those debts) - I use it more as a way to fund my reading habit without feeling as though I'm 'wasting' money on books. I've made £60 in the last 6 months - not great, but better than nothing. At least you know that when the book selld , you will get £3.00 for it, with ebay you very often get very little for paperback books.

The money you make is kept in your Greenmetropolis Account, but can be transferred to your bank account.

    Hope this helps.

Ive just had my first sale on green metropolis, so pleased about that!

Am I right that I pay postage, and then get 3.00 all in?
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
