I tried (and failed) to give up my daily can of Dr. Pepper. But my compromise is that I have to buy it at the store (preferably BOGOF) rather than feeding the machine at work. You have to find a way to work with yourself. Perhaps you could buy a bag of miniature candy bars and use them to treat yourself for meeting money saving goals.

Its not choclate for me its crisps, sometimes i simply have to have them and i only like a few flavours i'm very fussy :rolleyes:
have found i can get cheap large bags from pound shops etc but at the moment i am trying to go cold turkey and have none at all in the house but i do think that sometimes we all need a small little treat for ourselves, the problem now is that we have to learn how to do that cheaply and not as often as we would like................having a little of what we like now and again helps to keep us sane :rotfl:Success means having to worry about every thing in the world......EXCEPT MONEY.
