Um yes you can otherwise anyone would avoid a debt by making sure someone always owned a tiny proportion so it couldnt be taken or just make sure when you owe money just dont stay at home.0

So to clarify you are saying if a bailiff cant locate the debtor but can locate property he partially owns they have no rights of recourse to use that (in any shape or form ) to recover the value of the debt.0
