Now you have some work to do.
HiJack This is a program which shows all your running processes. You can tick certain processes and then "fix checked" or stop them from running.
The download link is:

The site with the download on is:

I would advise doing a full scan. Then anything that looks dodgy/spyware/unknown, search for in google (like for example msblast.exe if it was there)
If you are unsure, then when you scan click "Scan and save to txt file". Then copy all the contents in the .txt file and paste them into a reply and i'll have a quick look for you.[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

Have you extracted it first? (click the extract all button in the top left of the window above)[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

and another window opens but theres nothing in there0 -
hmmmm rather strange indeed... well as hijack this isnt working, i suppose a last resort before going into registry/msconfig edits, try using this:
http://www.trendmicro.com/spyware-scan/
that is another spyware scanner but online from a well trusted website.
hope it finds something.[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

Spybot tip. Restart windows again. For some reason Spybot just runs a mini scan the very first time you try it. Don't know why. Run it again and it will run for longer and might find something. Spybot should run normally after that.0

once done if nothing is found.. one last try for hijack this:
http://www.merijn.org/files/hijackthis_sfx.exe
That is an installation file. Install it to your desktop. Run it.. do you get a new window with a scan button?
Once you've scanned, post your log here, or in http://www.hijackthis.de/en and see what results u get[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."
