Was someone asking about ink cartridges  I still find 7dayshop to be cheapest for me ;)

Slugs - wasn't going to post this as I thought it too gross, but I now feel it's tame compared to some  We grow a lot of our own produce, so when it goes into the fridge, it can still contain the odd crawly :o When I cleaned the fridge today, I found 2, 1cm long slugs frozen to death on the back panel  They just chipped off nicely in one piece :D

Tuesday Living Room, Hall and Stairs SOAPPIE DONE :D

Going to have an early night as Im working tomorrow and have not been to bed after my night shift.

Hugs for everyone and will catch up with you all tomorrow night.
  • Good Evening,

Managed to get quite a bit done today in-between a teething baby and a tantrumy nearly 4 year old!
I was fuming when I found talcum powder all over the hallway floor! It was literally half a bottle. We have a wooden floor - not like smooth laminate, but the original floorboards. Of course the talcum powder has set in between all the tiny gaps and natural indentations. I've hoovered it, mopped it, scrubbed it - can't get rid of it. Now my hoover filter is all filled up with talcum powder! Not best pleased.

My MACAW CHALLENGE is to try and stick to flylady and get some stars!

Evening everyone.. well i have done no flying today... i was out this morn and then had to fetch ds from his friends this afternoon. I feel absolutely shattered... i think its a combination of having to cope with everything since hubby fell ill back in feb, looking after him, the horrible weather we are having at the moment and totm (or AF as you call it...:rotfl:)

But i'm not giving up... flying isn't learnt over night :p and things will get easier the better hubby gets.

    Evening all

PenPen - DS1 has maths and History tomorrow but Maths is am (data handling) and History pm (sources paper). Maybe your school do different boards?

Going to empty and reload dw and then do a bit or ironing before I call it a day.

Soappie - good luck tomorrow with your book meeting

Kaz - how did you get on with your test?

G&B huge congrats you clever clogs

Soappie, I’m really pleased to hear about your book meeting tomorrow! Hope it goes well and you get the results you want

GnB well done on getting an A for Calculus! That’s fantastic! :T

GnB and Pigpen, I told DH all the slug stories and he said that after eating a slug you couldn’t really complain about having to eat brussel sprouts! Everything would seem nice compared to a slug!

Tia, glad the results were ok

Tooch, why don’t ebay let you bid on anything? I don’t really know about closing and opening another account – I suppose it would be possible, but have no idea!

Kaz, I know how you feel, I am having football inflicted on me. But it means I get the laptop which I don’t normally have in the evenings! I might watch an episode of CSI which we got from Lovefilm

Penny, could the kids ask to move apart if they are sitting near each other? Is that allowed?

It sounds like a lot of you ladies need 1 Steps toad to sort out your slug problems! ;)

I've decluttered my dinner and several healthy and WW snacks. I mustn't eat anymore today, I've had enough food to sustain me. I'm still hungry tho. I don't know why I'm so ravenous today, I think it's my headache and the weather and the fact that I'm doing extra walking. I'm also extremely tired, so i need an early night tonight so that I will be feeling better tomorrow, ready to do some flying. Haven't done any today :o

Greenbee, if you are there, I will probably get about 3, 000 steps today
