    Hi,

DS2 fell asleep on the way home from the school run, he's still sleeping now. So, i've spent the last hour watching tv and eating too many biscuits:cool:. That won't do my diet any good.

Well done BungleGirl on getting your star. You're not the only one who gets excited:o. I get loads more achieved since the stars were brought in.

CallyC :eek::eek: that's disgusting i think i would have been sick.

Hugs to Sunshinesheli do you think it's worth getting a 2nd opinion?

I'm going to put the oven on for Tea and rescue my washing as it's been raining on and off for a while now. I might do a HHS whilst Tea is cooking before Ds2 wakes up. Ds1 is at his Grandmas. Then i can do my exercise Dvd tonight to burn off some biscuits.

I need some motivation, so here is a list. I was up at the assessment suite last night and didn't get home till after 1am and then up to get kids ready for school this morning and off to day care and a scan, so I'm shattered now.

Hoover downstairs (kids can do this)
    Clean kitchen and do dishes
Make up a large pot of bolognaise sauce, dinner tonight and freeze the rest.
Do something with chicken breasts - slow cooker recipe of some sort?
    Dry those bed sheets
    WM load
    Dust living room

That is it, if I get that done I'll be happy.

Tia, are you ok? Hope you weren't at the assessment unit for anything scary xx

Well, I have done absolutely nothing today flyingwise! I went over to Mum’s to take her to the homeopath – I saw her too and got some remedies, and it’s a 45 min drive each way to Mum’s so that took all morning. And then I came home and sat about til it was time for my psychiatrists appointment. I talked to him about what happened yesterday so that was good.

I’m very tired today and have a splitting headache. I really just want to crawl into bed so I don’t think I will be getting much done today! I have some time tomorrow and Friday to fly so that will be good.

Bevan, you sound so stressed you poor thing. Worries about your home and car are very stressful. I guess you will just have to trust what your LL says and maybe start making contingency plans for if he does go bust. And good that DH’s boss is able to help with the car. Try to get some rest so that your joints can recover. Does gentle exercise help?

Tooch, we buy ink online off ebay and it’s much cheaper than from the shops.

Welcome back Chunky! I love the phrase maggot drowning!

Bunglegirl I agree with you – the world would be a better place if everyone could get stars for doing things, for being kind to strangers etc! What a great idea!

Jo, it really is not the end of the world that you forgot to tumble the washing!

    Cally, yuck about the slug!!!!

ETA: I wrote the above at 4 when I got home, but I forgot to post it! Since then I've tidied up the LR floor a bit and done some walking on the spot. I also put all the shopping that was delivered yesterday and hadn't been put away yet on the bed and put it away in the kitchen one item at a time! I'm trying to get my activity levels up! It was quite effective actually! 2, 270 steps so far!

I am over your way tomorrow if you want to borrow him for a bit?

Rather than try and catch up on the lists I have started at the back door and am working my way in so in my HHC I tidied the shoe rack and the coats, put some stuff in the TD, de-junked the back hall and cloakroom, and cleaned the loo, etc. Going to go for another HHC at 5.15 and make a start on the kitchen/pantry.

    Back from HHC.

    Windows cleaned in kitchen
window ledges cleared and wiped in kitchen
    kitchen floor swept
kids tea done and they're now eating.

All that's left for a kitchen star is mopping the floor.

Back later when the kids are in bed.
