Thank you Honey Bear0 -
valli - that is exactly why I only use dry cat food these days, cant stand maggots.
Mudbath - Tiger plays happily with Ben (7 month old border collie) so Stripes would be fine. The confidence the kitten has is amazing which is why I had to have him.
Downstairs is now respectabiggle, I would no longer have to blindfold visitors. Upstairs is not too bad - just need to hoover for todays star but it will have to wait probably till Friday now.
Rose - if you are still hungry eat some fruit slowly. It is psychological! I am using my naughty points on a glass of white wine which I am off to drink in the bath.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0 -
Kaz well done for taking the step and i may well take you up on that we are trying to plan another visit as i havn't been for awhile. DH been twice!!
Off to bed shattered and i need to be bright eyed in the morning School photos tomorrow and PFA and Governors are having their pictures took. Had the grey coloured out the hair and will straighten in the morning.

I'm in this week for what it is worth, bit of a stressful week, my possessions are in transit to Spain, we were still packing when the removal van arrived & still finding things that should have gone
Now I've got to decorate the lounge, get rid of all the other stuff (garage is full) to Freecycle & anyone I can drag in off the street who can be persuaded to take 'anything'.
It's all got to be sorted by 3 weeks today, as hopefully I should be on the ferry heading for my new life.
Here's my list, thankfully I have managed to cross off somethings, but not enough.

Have caught up with the thread whilst watching the football!
feefeelalabelle - welcome
holly - hugs for DS and for all your extended family too; glad they've got the ****** Another 2 lives wasted
GnB - brilliant! Well done
hex - well done on the weight loss
kazm - well done for going
bevan - thanks!
The trip went well though it was a longish journey and I'm very sleepy now! Only one child out of the 48 went missing and that was only for 5 minutes, so not bad really. However, my arm is now more painful and stiff than it's been in a while so think I overdid it(and I didn't even go on any of the rides!!)

Hideous day at work... I'm just trying to forget about it - although how they're supposed to fill in assessment forms for their selection pool based on competencies when there are no competencies listed in the role profile is beyond me
interestingly some roles have them, some don't, so its a very inconsistent approach! They haven't even used the same template/format across the whole lot
Jo - my curtains can't be washed so I hoover them withthe upholstery attachment
rose - well done on the steps
hex - well done on the weight loss. I was doing well until this week went pear-shaped. I think the stress is also probably helping me cling on to the weight!
Tooch - that's the problem with buying a cheap printer, as the manufacturers make their money from the consumables. Also be aware that the new printer may not include cartridges (my brother came across this when he had the same dilemma about a month ago). The environmentally responsible thing to do is to keep the same printer and either buy new cartridges (not necessarily branded) or refill them.
soappie - great news on the book. If I'm unemployed at any point I'll copy edit it for you if you want (I was a book editor in my previous career!)
swinstie - don't bin your videos  freecycle or recycle
well done GnB - it just shows that slugs are good for your brain
valli - can you ship DS off to his dad's to mope thereor are the hugs adequate compensation
kazm - if I'm good... and I'm in Norfolk at the right time can I come to your meet too? I'd only be up the road from you and Quillion0 -
I've done some washing up, yay for me! :T LOL! I'm so not in the mood for doing anything at all, just want to veg!
Big hugs Kaz, sounds like all the emotion and stress of the last few days, plus the sleepless night, all caught up with you today. Hope you feel a bit better having had a good cry xx
Soappie it wasn’t really a nosebleed. It was a really tiny amount and it was just when I blew my nose in the morning and sometimes later in the day. Bit weird. It’s more or less stopped now. I will go to the GP tho as my headaches are annoying me – painkillers are having absolutely no effect. I will ring and make an appointment in the morning. I feel very sinusy so maybe it does need checking. Thanks for nagging me, I need it! I would just have left it if you hadn’t mentioned it again.
Frodders, well done with the trip! That sounds exhausting!
SGT, ooh exciting times! What exactly do you have up for grabs? My ears !!!!! up when I hear of people giving things away! ETA: they've censored me! LOL! Think of what a dog's ears do when you mention walkies, or biscuits and you will know what I mean! Or the end of a pin"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."
