Morning all
Toots looking at the wiltshire farms foods - they're not cheap! If I were closer I'd come and cook you up batches of stuff! I used to do that for my Dad in the last couple of years of his life. On a Sunday, I would take him out to the supermarket, wheel him round, let him choose bits and pieces then we'd go back to his and I'd cook it all up into portions and bung it in his freezer. I'll have a think of more recipes for you later....
Greenbee's ideas are v. good.
We have unexpected wall to wall sunshine and blue skies here this morning. Yesterday, they were forecasting rain!
Toots - are you up for the stars next week or shall I continue until you've found your feet?I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Morning everyone
I am def still on hospital times!!
Never mind - I have had my weekly tablet and now have had my cereal.
We had torrential rain last night just after I went to bed -didnt hear any thunder but it was really bad for about an hour. Its grey at the moment and the forcast is for more rain this afternoon:(
Thanks Sunnygirl - hope you have a lovely walk and DD2 gets to see loads of planes - My parents used to take me near an airport when we were on holiday so i could watch the planes too and we were lucky to find it was a training airport so they were up and down like yo-yos - happy memories!!!
froddy only if you feel like telling me honey - I am not being nosey BTW I am just angry that you have had some hassle and i wasnt around to support you. But by the sounds of things the others have done a great job and you have been very strong and been able to 'ditch the b1tch' so a huge hug for you!
morning soappie! yes the cost is a factor I need to watch too and with IBS I am trying really hard to steer away from ready made foods that might contain extra flavourings etc. yes I like greenbee's ideas too so will be working on food later - thats today's job I think!
Thanks for asking about the stars - I was thinking about it in bed and I am going to do them - it would keep me busy and make me sit down throughout the day - you will be a hard act to follow though!!

Thanks to everyone for all your kind words, it means so much.
Woke up feeling the same, have dragged the bedding into the washer to make me do something. Have written my list up of things to do to stare at for a while and to kick start me later on.
Will really try to get into the garden later to try and clear my mind too.

Its difficult because there is very little in and they only have 30 mins! You know what I am like with meal planning soappie so this will be a real test! I am going to try and remember some of the things I had in hospital and try to work from there and will try to get a pot of soup done tomorrow with whatever is around.
